When this single room renovation ballooned into a full townhome restoration, IFA brought their expertise and flexibility to the rescue.  The landmarked home required repairs and modernization across every level, including electric and mechanicals – and the installation of a working elevator.  IFA collaborated with designer Kati Curtis, adding color, statement furniture and custom lighting to the young family’s home.
