This sleek conversion of a former 1890s warehouse space into a professional couple’s dream pied-a-terre allowed for a dramatic design.  IFA imagined a glass, steel and wood floor-through form that created distinct public and private spaces, working both vertically and horizontally.  A steel staircase dramatically cantilevered from this wall was crowned by a new skylight bringing light to every corner of space.
