Ira Frazin, AIA, a registered architect since 1995, has worked on a wide variety of residential, commercial, educational, hospitality, and retail projects throughout the United States, Canada, Europe, and Central America.

Since founding Ira Frazin Architect in 2002, he has transformed a former department store into an interactive learning environment for charter school students, given form to the spirit of a young internet marketing company, and devised retail environments for products ranging from high-end kitchens to budget clothing. He has also designed numerous additions and renovations to apartments and homes in the northeastern and southwestern U.S.

Prior to forming his own practice, Mr. Frazin was a partner at EFM Design in New York City. While there, he worked on Aqua, the highly acclaimed enclave off Miami Beach, and an addition to a Frank Lloyd Wright house near New York City.

Mr. Frazin received his Master’s in Architecture from Columbia University and his Bachelor’s in Design Sciences from Arizona State University. He is registered to practice architecture in New York, New Jersey, and Arizona.
